I believe a family's home is the biggest wealth building asset most families will ever create, and my professional life has been about helping families build that wealth. My focus is education: I wrote The Essential First-Time Homebuyer Roadmap, produce an educational channel on YouTube at @theMortgagePatriot, and host free webinars that walk buyers through the process from pre-approval to keys.

My team is small and personal: a father-son operation. My son Will, a Marine and loan processor, works beside me, and we answer calls ourselves instead of routing you through a call center. When you talk to us, you are talking to the people who will actually handle your file.

I work with real estate clients mainly around San Antonio and Bexar County, and I originate home financing around the state of Texas. I have over 23 years of experience in loan origination and 18 years in real estate sales.
