Patrick only features professionals he knows personally, trusts, and believes are excellent at what they do. Being listed here is not paid, it is not a backlink arrangement, and it is not part of any recruitment program.
Before an agent is listed, Patrick checks a small, honest set of facts, and each profile shows the state of those checks with a date:

- License
- Market served
- Contact information
- Website
- Professional identity
- Date the information was checked
Nothing is marked as checked until it has actually been checked. Patrick would rather keep the list short than stretch what he can stand behind.
